From assisting our local NHS Foundation Trust to providing a dedicated service to Academies in the surrounding area to obtain funding for condition improvements throughout their estate, we are acutely aware of the individual challenges facing each and how to expertly overcome them for our clients and the members of the public they serve.

Utilising our building surveying / quantity surveying background & also the valuable experience of carrying out our own developments, we are able to support in all areas, most recently with the introduction of our Independent Monitoring Surveying (IMS) Team who travel all over visiting active developments on behalf of lenders including Commercial Acceptances & Glenhawk.
