Delighted to have completed on our latest refurbishment project in Streatham following our model of purchasing short lease distressed stock.

This one will be featured on Homes Under The Hammer following the purchase with Auction House London.

Its a big project but will generate a comfortable profit (55% ROC) and we will add this to the growing portfolio across London and the South East.
