On Site | Level 3 Survey in Marylebone

This week Chris Conway visited this beautiful 3 bed home in Marylebone, to carry out a level three survey.

Generally, the property was in good condition for its age and type of construction with no serious concerns in relation to the existing structure. 

The deficiencies found are quite common in properties of this age and type and as long as the necessary works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and the property is kept in good repair, we can see no reason why there should be any special difficulties on resale in normal market conditions.
