RICS Home Surveys are actually something we started doing back during the first lockdown of 2020... surveying properties for key-workers under the strictest of conditions.... fast forward to the stamp duty holiday and increased demand, these surveys quickly became a key part of our business and long term growth strategy.

After a lot of hard work in the background, we are getting very close to officially launching our new residential surveying sub-brand and service offering which will include bespoke logos and website design from the fabulous October, a dedicated and experienced team of residential surveyors and administrative support, a custom CRM System to automate and streamline all aspects for our referrer network and so much more.
