We are a multi-disciplinary property consultancy built on repeat business and recommendations. Our experienced Chartered Surveyors, Registered Valuers, MEP Engineers and Advisers work together collaboratively under one roof, providing professional, informed advice and considered recommendations for every scenario - from purchasing your first home to your dream home, managing a complex insurance loss, valuing your most ambitious development to date to being there to support you when the deal doesn’t work out as intended and so much more, we will have your back whenever you need us.

Our journey so far.

2019
Where it all began
After meeting and working together in a shared office space in Leigh-on-Sea, Jon, Arran and Colin launch Project Surveying Services Ltd, trading as Project Chartered Surveyors, in July 2019. Initially working from Jon’s converted garage, Project hires its first employee in September 2019 - and she is still with us over seven years later.
2020
Socially distanced surveying
With hard work and determination the company navigates the Covid-19 pandemic, taking on new team members and moving into Holly Tree Barn at Lower Barn Farm, Rayleigh in the summer of 2020. Growing to a team of six by year end, Project secures significant new clients and a fast-growing reputation in the industry.
2021
More than just a start-up
The business continues to grow - not only in size but in reputation. We deliver some of our largest instructions to date, with the year culminating at the Property Management Awards, where we are Highly Commended in the Professional Service Provider of the Year category.

Our roots are in Essex, but our Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Engineers and Advisers have national coverage and operate across the United Kingdom. From a central-London townhouse to a rural estate, a regional development to a portfolio of mixed-use buildings, we bring the same experience, local knowledge and professional advice, wherever your project is located.
