New Instruction / Hampstead

We had some great news earlier this week from Warwick Estates Property Management Ltd confirming we have been instructed to design, specify, procure and provide full contract administration services for external repairs and redecorations at this block in Hampstead.

We have already discussed and agreed the brief with Leaseholders and advised them how we will approach the works to ensure longevity of the repairs, maximising value for all involved.

Warwick were one of our first clients back in 2019, it is such a pleasure to retain business for so long and continue to grow a really good working relationship with them.
