We’re really pleased to see Francesca Starkey nominated for the Rising Star award by Financial Reporter.
Since joining Project & Co., Francesca has played a key role in how we approach business development. She’s brought a thoughtful, relationship-led style that fits naturally with how we like to work — focused on understanding partners, adding value, and building something long-term rather than just chasing quick wins.
Her impact has been felt both externally and within the team. She’s helped strengthen existing relationships, opened up new conversations, and brought a steady, positive energy to everything she does.
The Rising Star category is all about recognising people who are making a difference early in their careers, and Francesca is a great example of that. This nomination feels like a reflection of the work she’s been doing day in, day out.
We’re proud to see her recognised — and we’re looking forward to what’s next.
