Southend Seafront | Recently completed

It was great to visit one of our recently completed projects along Southend sea front earlier this week.

We were instructed by the Directors of this block to oversee podium deck waterproofing by Proteus Waterproofing and external landscaping designed by Metson Architects.

Great job by Zach Milner MRICS and the teams at Meta Reinstatement Ltd and CWT Structural Engineering Consultants who overcame some tricky design details to ensure that the clients brief was met in full.

We will be completing another project a few buildings down from this one in the coming weeks and look forward to sharing some completion shots from that one too...
