Our insurance team have been inundated with new fire claims this summer.

The reinstatement of these properties is one thing but what we take immense pride in is our soft-skills approach and focus on the policy holder... we take genuine interest in finding out about them, their story and their home.

It is our intention to give them supreme confidence that we have their best interests at heart and will do all we can to reinstate their property to the condition it was in before the incident occurred, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Insurance work isn't easy but it is absolutely the most rewarding sector we work in.

We had a really good initial meeting last week at this end-terrace property in Dartford... safeguarding works including an R&D Asbestos survey, scaffold and tin-hat roof and propping etc. all in hand and we are looking forward to progressing matters over the weeks and months ahead.
