We are very proud to have been involved in the arrival of a major retailer on our local high street.

Tesco opened a new Tesco Express store on the 30th July, creating fourteen new jobs in the local area.

Working with our client, Spurdown Limited, we provided technical due diligence and project monitoring of the Cat-A fit out from initial strip out through to handover.

We are really pleased to now be working with Spurdown on a similar project in central Southend, facilitating to arrival of a national restaurant chain to the local area.
