New Instruction / Encore

With some economic uncertainty around at the moment it is great to be able to secure larger works scheduled to take place next year. Not only does this give us ample time to inspect and carefully plan the works but, as a business, it really helps plan and forecast fees etc. for later in the financial year.

With this in mind we were so pleased to be instructed by Encore this week to design, specify, procure and administer the contract for external repairs and redecorations including a major roofing overlay at this large block in east London.

This project will have its challenges with scaffolding over a busy London street and also dealing with some interesting levels on the existing deck but we have a great project team assembled including the property manager and Directors of the block who will be engaged regularly throughout the process.
