On Site / Warwick Avenue Visit

It was great to visit one of our insurance reinstatement projects near Warwick Avenue this morning.

The three en-suite bathrooms are looking fantastic with only finishing touches remaining. With second-fix carpentry works also nearing completion, decorators are working through the flat and it is all coming together to create a stunning finish throughout.

The Poggenpohl kitchen is due to be delivered this Friday with installation booked to commence from Monday... this will be the focal point of the flat and we can't wait to see it.

It has been a pleasure working with Mykola Kachmar 🇺🇦 and his team at IMKO who have produced absolute quality workmanship since commencement of the works on site. Furthermore, the Loss Adjuster Robin Ehrlich from QuestGates Ltd has been proactive, informative and helpful throughout. Working well together for the benefit of the project is always our top priority.
