On Site | Defect Inspection en route to Emirates Stadium

A little update following our recent defect inspection of a locally listed property opposite the Emirates Stadium.

The main concerns were the cupolas to Block A, which stand 7-storeys above the ground floor.

Some of the defects identified included; loose/missing slates, rotten woodwork, lifting leadwork, spalled brickwork and missing/loose mortar joints. The project will be split into two phases separating the works to the Cupola’s and main roof due to the extent of the damage.
