The sun was shining on our recent visit to a detached two-storey (plus roof space) building which we are currently undertaking the bank monitoring for. At the time of inspection the property was under construction and part complete.

When completed the property will provide two self-contained flats; a one-bedroom flat arranged at ground floor level and a two-bedroom flat arranged over first and second floor (roof space) levels, with both flats gaining access to private rear gardens.
