On Site / Essex Insurance Reinstatement

It was great to see one of our local insurance reinstatement projects progressing on Friday.

This property in Essex suffered a significant fire resulting in a near total loss of the garage, and significant heat and smoke damage throughout the main house.

We are approaching the home straight now and finishing off the kitchen, tiling bathrooms now that everything has been first-fixed and decorating throughout. We are really excited to hand this one back at the end of April - which, all being well, will be ahead of schedule.

Insurance reinstatements projects are one of the most rewarding aspects of our business... meeting a client at their lowest ebb and turning things around quickly to give them something to be excited about again means everything to us... surveying and construction is far more than just bricks and blocks.
