On Site / Water Related Insurance Claims

We have started the year with an influx of new insurance claims... the majority being escape of water claims relating to burst pipes likely influenced by significant changes in temperature mid way through the month.

This one in Leigh-on-Sea unfortunately occurred just a few days before Christmas 🎄

We were able to meet the Policy Holder and Property Claims Assessors on short notice and will be procuring prices to strip out the affected areas prior to commercial drying. Following this we will provide a detailed reinstatement specification and oversee the works on site to get the owner back in and settled as soon as possible.
