How on Earth is it July already?!

We have been very busy across all areas of the business recently which is positive and hopefully a sign of things to come as the year progresses. We are still looking to recruit additional surveyors and are also on the lookout for development opportunities that we can deliver with the assistance of our amazing team.

We are really excited to progress some great s.20 Major Works projects this summer including an external repairs and redecorations project at this prestigious block in South Kensington for Strangford Management Ltd !

Unfortunately one of the Penthouse flats recently suffered an electrical fire. The property has already been stripped out by insurers but, after our initial meeting and consultation on the externals project, we are really pleased that the Leaseholder reached out and appointed us to design, specify procure and project manage the full insurance reinstatement.
