‘I have always been motivated by the idea of surveyor-led property development.

In a profession intrinsically linked with a keen attention to detail, knowledge of modern products and refurbishment techniques, procurement, cost planning, works progress and quality management… it always seemed the perfect fit to not only build a brilliant reputation locally for quality, but to build portfolios achieving excellent yields and ultimately profits for ourselves and any potential investors.

Working with my business partners at Project & Co., Colin and Arran, we are incredibly excited to be on the cusp of completing on our first property... a two-bedroomed flat with estuary views in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.

We have made offers on three similar properties this last week... we plan to specialise in properties with short leases that ideally require refurbishment. We are keen to build relationships with agents and are also interested in talking to potential investors to accelerate growth.

There are likely potential developers waiting for things to settle down... but we decided that time in the market beats timing the market...
